What is a spinal misalignment or spinal imbalance?
Updated: Mar 16
A spinal misalignment or spinal imbalance is the reflexive and compensatory response of your spinal musculature to best keep your head over your spine. To maintain your center of gravity and remain upright your spine is forced into a stressed position. Over time stuck in this stressed position your spine will begin to breakdown at an accelerated rate leading to tension, pain and dysfunction.
