Updated: Mar 16, 2022

A spinal misalignment or spinal imbalance is the reflexive and compensatory response of your spinal musculature to best keep your head over your spine. Over time stuck in this stressed position your spine will begin to breakdown at an accelerated rate leading to tension, pain and dysfunction.
